CARRIAGEWAY
A very impressive, cobbled floor adjoined by concrete paving slabs run front to rear of the property down its centre. There is also bespoke integral wood seating for 8 customers, plus ample space for tables and chairs the full length of the carriageway (circa 20 covers).
The carriageway is covered – the front by a decorative wood panelled ceiling the rest with semi-transparent canvass. DINING ROOM (original 18th century Kitchen)

PUB BAR (originally the stable grooms’ accommodation is adjacent to the old stables)
There are two entrances, the first is second right off the carriageway entrance door leads to behind the Bar. This area has a 19th century feature stone fireplace used to house optics and other beverages. There is a sink/drainer and glass washer, feature wood & metal storage racks. There are also steps leading down to the Café Bar at the front and these provide a working link for both areas. The floor covering is a midnight blue commercial grade vinyl. A bespoke timber counter provides ample glass storage space beneath and the counter, has a hatch leading to/from a customer seating area with low tables for 12 and 12+ standing. There is a large Georgian style window providing ample light to the bar, and the customer entrance/exit to from the bar.
The walls comprise a combination of reclaimed wood panels and stone. The floor is covered with wood floorboards. There is a timber door and step up to:
EVENTS & OCASSIONS ROOM (originally the Stables)
This is a large and totally unique space. It is a lean-to construction, part built into the rockface beneath an insulated corrugated steel roof and timber beams. The ceiling has been draped with natural hessian to soften the space. Two walls are a combination of large stonework and rockface. One wall is constructed of stone with 4 large Georgian style windows/openings and a bespoke large barn style sliding door. The floor comprises wood floorboards, part covered with carpet and rugs. There is a removable stage and a large multi-fuel wood & coal burner. A large bespoke wood entrance/exit door to the rear of the area leads out to the Carriageway and Toilets. The room can be isolated for private events or left open plan and linked to the Bar. There is a combination of poofs, low tables and tables & chairs for 24 customers and a further 30+ standing.
NB: The current owners have ceiling mounted lighting, sound system* trussing, large projector screen and DJ booth.

The Events and occasions Room has a very high ceiling and originally had a loft/storage space spanning the whole length and width of the room.
This has long since gone, however the current owners have installed a part loft space for storage and to house the gas boiler and 300litre Hot water storage tank to feed the hot water ring system that runs around the building. The cellar is a separate rectangular timber structure painted white and located at the rear of the property. It is practical, insulated and well lit. Line Clean equipment and remote cooler [ of which is the property of AB InBev. They maintain this equipment and we are required to sell only 3 of their products
TOILETS & STORAGE
