Stillage cooling jacks fit over the top as it normally wood with just a little more room in there. just by using a few wooden wadges to hold them from rocking side to side. I’ve been using this method all of the time other than big business days e.g. festivals.
Rotate more of the flavours more of the time and ensuring that you Real ale stays in tip top condition. either as sstillage in a cellar on on a counter top in a Pub or at home on your kitchen counter top.
